Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)


Understanding about Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): SAfe is template for scaling agile principle as tool in big origination. SAFe have three level portfolio, program and team. In traditional software development, we have team in form of pyramid and divided into three level, top,  middle and bottom where as in SAFe we have portfolio, program and team but not inform of pyramid. click me for big pics








Portfolio: Work like top management and top level vision of applications for more details click me

Program: Work like middle management where they will tack care about individual application status and provide status to portfolio management. they have control on team. For more details click me

Team: Work like scrum, scrumban or kanban, team size will 7 +/- 2 as 2 weeks iteration for more details see click me
