I got several email form email id "rbialert@rbi.org.in" where as non of thing related to me, all are fake. Moreover, fake email id, reserve.bank60@accountant.com. So be care full for replay such email. What non sense people are doing nowadays.

Fake Call or Who called?
Nowadays, several fake calls are happening around the globe, most of time they are calling for nonsense activity.
ØAsking the bank details saying you won the lottery
Ø Someone got accident from you family
Ø Long call duration will be cause for access of your mobile and it will stole your personal details along with other numbers
Ø At same time, they will call to your near and dear, how you save your number. For example, Dad number, Mom-home and so on
Ø While calling to your near and dear, they will told you are in risk and need money for your treatment
Ø And finally you have to transfer the money immediately in so and so on bank or by online.
So be careful of such calls.

Got email form bank stated as "Beware of SIM-Swap Fraud". CAN'T WE STOP IT?
We can easily stop if we want but our government and worst rule, did not allow us. I will put details how to stop it if we want but no one want to do it. ......

In an ancient temple, a number of sparrow lived happily on roof top.
When the renovation of the temple began for the annual temple feast the sparrows relocated themselves to a Church nearby.
The existing sparrows in the Church accommodated the new comers very well.
Christmas was nearing and the Church was given a facelift, All the sparrows had to move out and look for another place.
They were fortunate to find a place in a Mosque nearby, The sparrows in the Mosque welcomed them happily.
It was Ramadan time and the Mosque was repainted, All the sparrows now came to the same ancient temple.
One day the sparrow on top found some communal clashes below in a market square.
The baby sparrow asked the mother sparrows
"Who are these people ?
The mother replied; they are "Human beings".
The baby asked,
But why are they fighting with each other...?
The mother said "These human beings going to temple are called 'Hindus' and the people going to Church are called 'Christians' and the people going to Mosque are called 'Muslims'.
The Baby sparrow asked, "Why is it so? When we were in the Temple we were called sparrows, when we were in the church we were called sparrows and when we were in the Mosque, we were called sparrows. Similarly they should be called just 'Human beings' wherever they go"?

'You, me and our sparrow friends have experienced God and that's why we are living here in a highly elevated place peacefully.
These people are yet to experience God.

1. Internet not working
2. Documents not there
3. Unable to understand, need help form superior or respective team
4. System issue, code setup, desk setup, software installation due to xyz
5. Environment not stable, not accessible, f/w issue, down, and so on
6. Doing some other works and due to that this got delayed
7. Dependency on other resources, once get details, will work on it
8. Intensely don’t want to do due to n-factor, not happy with current line of management, Organization policy, want to quite from Organization,
politics in current team and so on.
9. Not happy with current role and responsibility, un wanted work assigned and due to that not at all happy to do it

In agile paradigm shift, just reverse to traditional development, In traditional development, there is fixed scope/requirements but in agile resources and time. Whereas in traditional development estimated resources and time but in agile features (scope).
Traditional software development, it's long, large, late way of development and deliverable. Each cycle tack long time and once define, code, test, deploy. Time to market 12 to 36 months. For product owner, it's very hard to understand the end result even though have clear vision it.

Just take an example of five person working in team at junior (Mr A and Mr B), peer (Mr P1 and Mr P2) and senior (Mr S) level.
Without going in depth, let’s discuss do and don’t, doesn’t matter where you are, at junior, peer and senior level.
Do:
Juniors:
Always help, whenever required
Clear and cut direction if any
Encouraging and honest
Peers:
Information or knowledge sharing
Collaborating to get stuff done
Challenging each other for better
Seniors:
Regular status updates
Escalate risks & issues
Seeking clarity
Don’t:
Never-ever pass wrong information, which lead to future issues.
Don’t change your attitude, demanded by other, if you are right, else it will cause your self-respect. You are air, you can bypass .. any huddle
Never hurt to any one intensely, if happened, apology for it.
Never trust on it:
Luck: Mr S, quit organization due to better opportunity and Mr P1 or P2 or third person (outside of team) got that position.
Chance: By chance, need to implement same project for other reason and need senior for it and only options are Mr P1 or Mr P2.
Always with you:
Smart/Hard Work:if you are smart worker then you have n-number of Luck and Chance. All door will always open endlessly.

Four eyes principle, work on base of two man rule over system for correctness, maker and checker, in Information Technologies IT word, coder and reviewer.
What is advantage of four eyes principle?
Very simple, we have coder and reviewer in place, as coder write code for app/system in respective language then review will do the review and so on. This process will happen till end of system delivery.
