Most of people love to do the coding in IT. Is it true?

Hello Friend's: How many people are agree, about coding phase in SDLC always lovable apart from   Requirements Analysis and Testing. Even though people have around 25 years of experiences and they love to do the coding if required.

Past five years back, for doing the coding experience require max 4-5 years now these day for doing the coding no bar of experiences only cross functional team require.

In Agile age, all companies are looking for cross-functional team.
