How to Install/Uninstall Protractor, Node.js® and NPM on Windows

Install/Uninstall

OS Windows 10 or other

Prerequisites
 - Java 1.8
 - Node.js v6.11.5
 - NPM 3.10.10
 - Protractor Version 5.2.0

Commands:
 - node -v
 - npm -v
 - protractor --version
 - npm uninstall -g protractor
