How to Install and Run Nexus 3.x.x-xx in Windows

Following are the steps for Install and Run Nexus 3.x.x-xx in Windows:

1. Download Nexus form www.sonatype.com

2. nexus-3.7.1-02-win64.zip will downloaded into your selected directory or refer form Download folder.

3. Extract nexus-3.7.1-02-win64.zip in C:\nexus

4. You will see the two folders

    C:\nexus

    - nexus-3.7.1-02

    - sonatype-work

5. Open the command prompt

6. cd C:\nexus\nexus-3.7.1-02\bin

7. Run the command

    nexus.exe /run

8. Wait until you will get Started Nexus Repository Manager 3.x.x-xx

9. http://localhost:8081

10. Enter the User name and Password admin/admin123
